Anna is one of Australia’s most respected experts in privacy law and practice. With her qualifications in law, public policy and management, and over 30 years’ experience in legal, policy, research and consulting roles, Anna brings a breadth of perspectives and a wealth of experience to dealing with our clients’ privacy and data governance challenges.
Throughout her career, Anna has provided advice on managing privacy risks to clients including tech start-ups, established businesses and government agencies. As the former Deputy Privacy Commissioner for NSW, Anna also brings a unique insight into privacy from the regulator’s perspective.

Nicole Stephensen

Over her 20+ year career, Nicole has gained widespread recognition for her extensive local and international expertise in privacy program management and acculturation – and her frank, candid and practical approach to privacy compliance and best practice.
Nicole has been a key strategic advisor to Boards and Executives globally, as well as in shaping privacy regulation in Australia and overseas. Notably, Nicole played a pivotal role in developing Queensland’s first privacy law, the Information Privacy Act 2009, and implemented the Queensland Ombudsman’s Complaints Management Program.

Sophie Bradshaw
